Phase I ESAs are performed in accordance with ASTM E1527-21 and applicable All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) requirements when requested. ASTM E1527-21 is recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as satisfying the federal AAI framework used in evaluating potential environmental liability associated with property acquisition.
