We are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Site Civil Engineer to enhance our forward-thinking land development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design and oversight of a variety of projects, including the development of residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your key tasks will involve crafting detailed site development designs that encompass grading, drainage systems, utilities, and road alignments. Collaboration is at the heart of this position, as you will work closely with project managers and other engineering experts to ensure that all projects not only adhere to technical standards and regulatory requirements but also align with client expectations.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and either possess a professional engineering (PE) license or be actively working towards one. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools is crucial, alongside at least three years of dedicated civil design experience, specifically in land development. Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting processes will be considered an advantage. This position demands someone with excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
